Dark, dingy free car park in dire need of resurfacing and generic low end high street shops. Just when you thought it couldn't get any more depressing... you can pop outside the entrance to be greeted by the view of the makeshift homeless shelter at Nationwide or the smoking zone outside Costa. But at least there's security! All very desirable stuff.
