  Had a fire put in by them. I had been round their showroom which was very good. Had a wide choice and some of them were lit so it was possible to feel the heat. The installation was good they finished off around the fireplace. Cleaned up and finished off with a Vacuum cleaner. The two lads were very pleasant and friendly. Well done fire designs.

  Friendly, helpful staff who helped us to choose the right fire for us. They helped my husband and I through our differences of opinion about 'which fire' with great humour. The engineer came to check our chimney beforehand to ensure everything was in order. They arrived promptly, were friendly, professional and left everything spotless afterwards. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. Btw there's a friendly cafe two doors up (Mon-Fri) to browse through the various brochures.

From start to finish from coming to visit your showroom to having my new fireplace fitted you have been so helpful, attentive and total value for money.
